The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all Human Resources activities and subsystems at 5C Company, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. Their mission will be to ensure efficient people management, promote organizational development, strengthen internal culture, and implement HR policies and processes aligned with the company's objectives. • Work Model: Remote (Home Office). • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Hours: Flexible within a full-time workload. • Travel: Occasional national and international travel as needed.

Requirements

Essential Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master's in areas like People Management or Organizational Psychology is desirable. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR leadership roles. • Solid experience across all HR subsystems (Talent Acquisition, DHO, T&D, HRBP, Payroll, Internal Communications, People Analytics). • Advanced knowledge of labor laws. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. • Excellent communication and influence at all organizational levels. • Experience with HR technologies (ATS, talent management systems, people analytics tools). • Advanced English.
